Looking to check out the housing market in North Reading, MA?  Well you have reached a site that will talk about the market from a local’s point of view.  How is the education system for example?  What the heck is a septic system - I didn’t know till I moved here!  In any case, you’ll certain to get my views on the town itself.

Who am I?  Well, I sort of want to keep that in the “low-down” since my family lives here.

All-in-all.  I am glad to have moved to North Reading.  It is a great town.

    I bought my house in North Reading about 4 years ago. I was wondering if you know what the average estimated drop in home value is estimated to be in North Reading. I think the average for the state is around 15%.
